Wobble
Wobble is an original active-ragdoll physics puzzle-platformer. You steer a bouncy jelly hero whose floppy body is fully simulated — it sways, topples and squashes as you walk, jump, grab and rope-swing your way through hand-designed levels. Each stage is a little physics puzzle: pull levers, hold down pressure buttons, stack crates and swing across pits to open doors and reach the goal, all while dodging saws and spikes. A par time plus an optional hidden star decide your one-to-three star rating per level, with checkpoints so a mistimed grab never costs you the whole run.
How to play
- Walk left and right with the arrow keys or A / D; on mobile use the on-screen buttons.
- Jump with the up arrow, W or Space — your wobbly hero leans into the leap, so steady it first.
- Grab with J (or the grab button) to pick up crates, hold a rope, or cling to a ledge; release to let go.
- Trigger the mechanics: pull levers, stand on (or weigh down with a crate) pressure buttons to open their doors, and swing on ropes across gaps.
- Avoid the saws and spikes — a hit respawns you at your last checkpoint — and reach the goal to clear the level.
Tips
- Slow down before precise moves: the ragdoll carries momentum, so let it settle upright before a tight jump or grab.
- When a pressure button closes its door the moment you step off, drop a grabbed crate on it to hold it open and walk through.
- On ropes, pump your swing by grabbing near the top and letting the body's weight build an arc before you release at the peak.
FAQ
- Is Wobble free to play?
- Yes. Wobble runs free in your browser on desktop and mobile, with no installs, sign-up or downloads.
- How do the star ratings work?
- One star is for reaching the goal. A second is added when you grab the level's hidden star along the way. A third is added when you clear the level under its par time.
- What happens when I hit a hazard?
- Touching a saw, spike or crusher respawns your jelly hero at the last checkpoint you passed. There are no lives to lose — you just lose a little time, so it pays to clear hazards cleanly.
- Why does my character wobble and fall over?
- That is the point — Wobble uses an active-ragdoll body that is physically simulated, not a rigid sprite. Auto-balance keeps it mostly upright, but momentum, collisions and carried crates can topple it. Mastering the wobble is the skill.
