Word Guess
Word Guess is a Wordle-style daily word puzzle. A hidden 5-letter English word waits behind six rows of empty tiles; each guess fills a row and flips to reveal green, yellow, and gray feedback. Crack the word before you run out of tries, with duplicate letters handled correctly.
How to play
- Type a 5-letter English word using your keyboard or the on-screen QWERTY.
- Press Enter to submit the guess and flip the row to reveal its colours.
- Read the feedback: green means right letter and right spot, yellow means right letter wrong spot, gray means the letter is not in the word.
- Use the clues to refine your next guess and crack the word within six tries.
- Switch between daily mode (one shared word per day) and endless mode (a new word every game).
Tips
- Open with a wide-vowel word like CRANE or ADIEU — yellow / green hits on common letters cut the search space fastest.
- Trust gray letters absolutely — once a letter is gray, do not reuse it; you are wasting a row of information.
- When a letter is yellow in column 3, try it next in columns 1, 2, 4, 5 — anywhere but where you saw it yellow.
